The Aetna Advantage Managed Choice Open Access Value 2500 Plan, a health insurance plan underwritten by Aetna Life Insurance Company, has an annual deductible, out-of-pocket maximum and office visit copays that will probably be higher than with other plans. However, these features are balanced by the fact that you will pay lower monthly premiums than with other plans.

Costs will be higher if you choose out-of-network health care providers.
